Terms of Website Use

This page explains the rules for using our website. We are Raghwendra Web Services, a sole proprietorship based in India. When you use this site, you're agreeing to follow these rules. Please also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal information.

If you don't agree with these rules, please stop using the website. If you keep browsing or use any of our services, that means you've accepted them.

We sometimes update this page and our Privacy Policy — maybe we've added a new service, or the law has changed. It's worth checking back now and then. Once we post an update, it applies to you.

1. What These Words Mean

When we say "the Website," "us," "our," or "we," we mean raghwendra.com and Raghwendra Web Services, the company that owns it. When we say "you," we mean anyone visiting or using this website.

2. Using the Website

You don't need to sign up or register to browse most of this site. Our articles, guides, and service pages are open to everyone.

It's up to you to make sure you can get onto the site properly, and if other people use your internet connection to visit us, it's your job to make sure they follow these rules too.

This site is mainly built for people looking into our web development, mobile app, e-commerce, AI, and digital marketing services, and we run it from India. If you're visiting from another country, that's fine — just know that some content might not fit your local rules, and it's on you to check that.

3. What You Can Do With Our Content

You're welcome to read, print, or save parts of this website for your own use, or to show a colleague. What you can't do is copy our content and republish it, sell it, or use it to make money in some other way.

Everything on this site — the words, the images, the logos — belongs to us or to whoever we've licensed it from, and it's protected by copyright law. Don't lift a photo or video and use it on its own, separate from the article it came with. If you quote us or share our work, please say it came from us, and don't twist it to make it look like we said something we didn't.

Break these rules, and you lose the right to use this website. If you've already downloaded or copied anything, you'll need to delete it.

We do our best to keep the site safe, but we can't promise it's completely free of bugs or safe from hackers. Make sure your own computer has decent antivirus and firewall protection when you visit us.

4. When the Website Is Down

We try to keep the site running smoothly, but no website stays up 100% of the time. Sometimes we'll need to take it down for maintenance, or something technical will go wrong that's out of our hands. We might also change or pull parts of the site without warning. Either way, we're not liable if you can't access it when you want to.

5. How to Behave on This Site

Anything you send us or post — other than personal details, which are covered by our Privacy Policy — we'll treat as something we're free to use, unless you tell us in writing not to.

A few things you must not do here:

  • try to hack, break into, or gain access you're not supposed to have to our website, servers, or databases;
  • post anything unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, or obscene, or anything you don't have the right to share; or
  • send viruses, malware, or anything designed to disrupt or damage the site.

Doing any of this could break India's Information Technology Act, 2000. If it happens, we'll work with the police, and that may include sharing your details with them. We can also remove anything you post, or block your access, whenever we think it's necessary.

6. Links to Other Sites, and Links to Us

Sometimes we link to other websites for your convenience. We haven't checked every page on those sites, so we can't vouch for them. If you click through and something goes wrong, that's between you and them — not us.

Want to link to us? Go ahead, as long as you're linking to a page (not copying it), you're not pretending we've endorsed you, you're not misrepresenting our relationship, and your own site doesn't break the law or infringe on anyone's rights.

7. What We're Not Responsible For

We try to keep this website accurate, but we can't promise everything on it is complete or error-free, and we might update it without telling you. Nothing here is meant to replace proper professional advice — if you're making a decision based on something you read here, talk to a qualified expert first.

You use this site at your own risk. We give it to you as it is, without guarantees. If something on the site causes you a loss — lost profits, a business disruption, anything like that — we're not liable for it, to the extent the law allows.

That said, we're not trying to dodge responsibility where the law won't let us — for example, if someone's harmed through our negligence, or if we've committed fraud, those protections don't apply.

8. A Few Housekeeping Points

If a court decides part of this agreement doesn't hold up legally, we'll swap it for something that does the same job, and the rest of the agreement still stands.

This page is the full agreement between you and us about using this website — it replaces anything discussed before. You can't pass your rights under this agreement to someone else without asking us first, though we can transfer ours whenever we like. If we don't enforce a rule one time, that doesn't mean we've given it up for good. We'll post any changes right here on the site.

9. Governing Law

These terms follow Indian law. If a dispute ever comes up, it'll be handled in the courts of Delhi, India.
